Congrats to everyone involved down at Glenroy for turning on = The best reverse draw in local footy on Sunday. This reverse draw is now famous for a good time. With up to 400 people attending throughout the day, including many players and officials from other EDFL clubs. The Roys have an outstanding support base and Big Lance is doing a fantastic job in his first year coaching. Good luck with the rest of the season boys and you could be the smokey come finals time. Go Roy's

Well done to Lance and the boys on a great season so far. My only concern is = they are a very tall/big side and can that game style be effective at Windy Hill? For mine, they just lack abit of speed/polish around the ball but are proving us all wrong at this stage of the year. Good luck boys.

I watched a really good Glenroy win on the weekend.
Kite looked unstoppable, recruit Cronin was good and there mids were to strong across the ground.
In front of a massive crowd the Roys looked dangerous.
Some great results in Division 1

Yeah some great games in the new and improved div 1 comp! Glenroy will be up there but it's only round 1 and premierships arent won in April! It will be the closest comp in b grade history where any team can beat anyone

Glenroy are certainly going to be difficult to beat but I'm also told that a number of other teams looked capable of doing some damage come finals time as well. The EDFL is certainly going from strength to strength atm.

Well a couple of massive wins today for Glenroy, northern saints,Taylor's lakes. Not many places for lesser clubs to hide on div 1 anymore! Is it the bottom 2 teams that get relegated?
