Massive news coming out of East Keilor F.C with Steven Kolyniuk finishing up as senior coach for season 2012 after the weekends thrashing to West Coburg. Since him and assistant Bill Asani came back to the club they have got East Keilor from last to finishing 3rd on the ladder last season.

Pretty sure they didnt finish 3rd last year> 5th maybe. They have had a couple of heavy losses this year to sides they should be competitive with. And expert tipsters please!!!! Nearly all of you tipped Glenroy last week. Why so much love? They have beaten 9th, 11th, 12th, 13 and 14th and been beaten in their only 2 tests. Northern Saint finished 4th last year, won a final and are a proven team. Glenroy been nuts for a couple of years. Need to get a big scalp before they get any credibility. Huge game for them this week against Haddy then thay have WC, Lakes and Tulla and finish with westy. Would want to start winning or they will be a disappointment again.

Congratulations for former VFA gun and new East Keilor FC coach Bill Asani on his first win for the club as senior coach since taking over from Steve Kolynuick who resigned earlier in the season.
Asani is a great football and business man and was happy to get the 4 points.

Great win for East Keilor today infront of a good crowd at Coburg City Oval.
The Cougars were tested by Hillside late and held on to make the historic first ever DIV 2 (C Grade) Grand Final.
Exciting fortnight for the club.

Congratulations to East Keilor FC in an absolute cracking win vs a great Moonee Valley FC;
Infront of nearly 2,000 people at Windy Hill to watch the 1st ever Division 2 Grand Final it was a great contest.
Mick Turner won the Best on ground medal and Matthew Stivala a great player for EKFC for over 25 years won a Premiership medal in his last season.
