Alright, after heaps and heaps of serious topic & threads. We are going to do a light hearted topic and want some proper feedback (please don't offend any people).
Matty P has organised "Man What a Fuss" Men's Grooming Salon (seen on the Ch. 9 Footy Show) to donate some vouchers to some of our best looking players ever in the EDFL.
I am sure Matt wants to see his name mentioned in this, so please DON'T mention the former Marby Park & Moonee Valley man (lol).
It is light hearted and we would love to hear your feedback.
Some players that came to mind from Matty Pillios were -
John McNamara, Ben Power, Kevin Whichello, JAndrew Garbutt, Joe Laverde, James Philpot, David Weston and Rowan Nanya.

I've asked around and there are a wide array of candidates from the Gorillas that have been nominated for this prestigious award. Matty Pillios has begged me to put his name up but I just couldn't bring myself to do it - how much grooming can one man get?
Past players Matt Duggan and Mal Michael seem to get a number of votes from the ladies, and even some of the blokes, who I've spoken to. For pure fashion and class, former Abers player Cal Glassford must also get a mention! Was caught wearing cream chinos in the rooms last week!
Present players T Hislop and C Johns seem to be pretty popular amongst the Chardonnay Club but seeing as a mate of mine described Al Kefford as a 'good looking rooster', I'm putting his name up. Former Abers superstar and current U/18 coach Brett Gourley has also told me to put him forward, his looks have been described as 'ruggedly handsome'..that was self-proclaimed!
Finally, if we are going on need then I think Pat Larkins really should get it, poor bloke needs the works.

It’s hard to look at this or even think about it without it seeming very very weird hence why I’ve gone to a vote amongst a group in the know including female supporters – similar to Julian’s summary!! Looks are one thing – having the swagger to actually pull birds is another. A little bit like Matty P, I’m clearly past my used by date but the latter comment certainly suited the two of us when the Grand was Essendon’s greatest source!!
