I'm told Tim Harvey has returned to St Bernards.

Reading the season preview for S'more of the edfl webpage, Fitzgerald, Groth, Carrick, Harvey and Jones all leaving, it will leave a pretty sizable hole in the side you'd imagine. That said, having Grima and Little up forward will give them a massive edge against any defence in the league.

Corporal Cameron Baird.
Quality bloke and gun junior footballer.
I still remember the presence he had when playing juniors at the Mores before his time at Calder.
We (Abers) played Strathmore in an elimination final at Glenroy and they played Bairdy, still in the 16’s, but he was bigger than most of us at that age. He dominated that game and had a good junior career, he was unlucky to not get drafted before he served our country.
RIP

An epic contest between Strathmore and Abers at Clifton Park was decided by a Richard Little goal just before the siren. The mores never gave up and snatched victory after both teams had missed chances on goal. In a cruel twist of fate for the home fans, Dan Connors long set shot was just touched on the goal line before the mores quick transition ended with Little’s long kick alluding outstretched hands.
Abers had led by 42 points to nothing before some Jordan Doering magic awoke the sleeping giants. From then on the mores made things very difficult for the Gorillas, never allowing them to find their rhythm. The Gorillas seemed in desperate need of lead-up forwards as the mores continually chopped off their attacks and hurt them with skilful transition play and good finishing.
Despite the poor conditions it was a fantastic game of tough EDFL footy that showed Strathmore are still a very good side who still might have a say in September if they can beat the Jets away next week.
Matthew Knight was probably the game’s best player with 4 goals, while Doering, May and Iacobucci were all very good contributors. The mores nucleus of experienced players is still close to the best in the competition with stars in all parts of the ground, while their toughness in the stoppages was very impressive.
For the Gorillas, the performances of Xav Norden, Nick Cattapan, Wayne Patak and Jess Rush were very encouraging, while Castellano was their best forward.
