Great win by Donza Monteleone to take out the A Reserve comp B&F. Donza is one of the all time greats down at Abers, a true champion of the club. Abers must be red hot faves to take out the reserve flag, lost one game all year & have the week off to get every right.

Massive day for the Oak Park FC with both Seniors & Reserves in the Grand Final. Aberfeldie have done well to get the Reserves & 18’s into the big dance.
Selection will be massive for Oak Park & the outcome of this game. Razor Ray Harrison played in the two’s against Strathmore, but if he is selected in the firsts will dent Oaker’s chances.
He did play in the first final, but this is a Grand Final & anything can happen, a quality player like Harrison starts to get his hands on the footy early & the rest of the side lifts.
So will wait with anticipation on the selection there.
League B &F winner Donza Montelone & his old stalwart mate Luke Kinniburgh will be huge keys to the game. Both have had great seasons & if Donza can get his hands on the footy & Kinniburgh to take one of the key forwards & rebound from the back, then Aberfeldie will almost certainly will the match.

Well Rayzor Ray Harrison played in the two's & kicked 5 goals. He & Mills got their hands on the footy early & all the Oak Park boys lifted. In Grand Finals, what happened during the season means nothing.
The Aberfeldie reserves played possibly one of their worst games in years as far as intensity went. They were shellshocked at 1/4 time. At half time the game was over.
Sad to see Donza Montelone play in his seventh losing GF with the club. Hopefully next year he can win one.

Who are these 8 players that they have picked up? I think Daniel Mangan has returned after playing at spotswood, is this true? If so that is great news for the club.

The big Mang has returned from a run up the bush. Won a flag up there & now chews hay & lights fires every opportunity. He is a unit Man Tan.
Abers looking to secure a VFL player also......things could shape nicely at Abers in 2012.

Abers signed Steve Tiller who is a CHB from the SANFL for $1600 a game and 5k sign on. Massive money?
They have also paid Courtney Johns another 10k sign on, thats 10k sign on last year but didnt play due to injury and another 10k sign on for next season That's 20k in sign ons to one player, who hasnt played a game?
Interesting but good luck to the two blues.
It was good to see them back up the ladder in 2011 and by all reports will be a powerhouse in 2012

Suarez has been a target for B-grade clubs such as Air Port West and his former club Keilor Park for a number of years but I would imagine that Douttas are making a big play for him.
