'mytime' I could not have put it better myself. Everyone stop the whinging. EDFL and footy in general is cut throat these days and ever player.......i mean EVERY PLAYER.....is fair game. So talk about another issue and leave this one be !!

I agree with you mytime thats how footy is these days, one must just deal with it. But i dont agree with airport west having a good recruiter if thats who you were talking about, cause if he or they were any good airport west wouldnt be still hanging around doing little in B grade

Jay79....just remember there is only ever one team that does any good each year in B grade...the rest do NOTHING !! Its a pretty good/stong/competitive league that is not easy to win a flag let alone even just make finals....!!

Heard that the Eagles may of landed a quality ruckman which is great to hear. They have a great list & if they can keep their same list and secure another one or two they will oust hard for Finals.
Apparently, Kilmore have made a huge push for Eagles quality mid Brent Gordon. Hopefuly, he stays.

Got some mail joining new recruit Guy Barbuto is Keilor youngster Frank Agresta.
He was a solid player for the KFC in 2010 and played probably close to a dozen Senior games. Was Best on for Keilor in the A Reserve GF and is a good pick up for the Eagles if true.
Another former Keilor player and OEG could also be coming to the Eagles.

you can add young Chris Tsadakis to that list of ex keilor signings, but Keilor might get one back theyre talking to Chad Gauci, apw 3 keilor 1 lol
Dont know much about the young fellas who they recruited, very similar types of players around the same age, dont know if they are as versatile as Gauci big loss if they lose him.
seems as though apw recruit the same types of players each year, they have about 35 onballers no big bodies, besides this ruckman hopefully they get a few more..

Very true statement if u ask me they have always had to many on-ballers and def need to go out and get some bigger bodied players from OTHER leagues ... Im hearing that both Gordon brothers and Broomfield were at Kilmore training the other night are are almost certain to move there .....

This game could have gone either way but congrats must go to Airport West with a first up win at Glenroy which is a tough task for anyone!

I just fell off my chair reading your Top 50 squad for the last fifty years, you have got to be kidding yourselves. NOT EVEN CLOSE Paul Spicer Colin Gould Matt Gatt Ricky McVeigh Glen Racovolis Mark Wills Matthew Bullock Brendan Godden WALK UP START Darren Douglas Mick Doyle Jamie O'Conner Brent Falla Vin Caddy Tony Rees Brad Roach Cameron Wright Craig Mitchell Mario Cacopardo Seems like a bit of an "old boys club" team selection, who made the final list of 50. Have they been around the club longer than 10 years I wonder ?

Have heard that APW have signed Marcus Kenny. Quality player, ex Essendon rookie 6.5 monster and dominated the Eastern FL 3 or 4 years ago. Tough forward with strong hands. If true, great pick up for the eagles.

Huge game for APW today in the match of the round against a Paco team that seems to be hitting form at the right time of the season. Marcus Kenny the key

APW should get up to 5 good players back this week and could be a chance against an out of form Tulla. Including Marcus Pappa and Steve Kenna, who will help take the pressure off Kenny up forward.
